Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Order processing

Orders are packed and shipped by our manufacturing partner within 1–3 business days. You will get a confirmation email with a tracking link when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to start updating.

Delivery time and cost

Standard shipping usually takes 8–15 business days after your order ships. Shipping cost: $6.99, shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, peak seasons, weather and carrier delays can add time.

Ships from

Your order ships directly from our manufacturing partner's facility outside the United States.

Duties and taxes

You will not be asked to pay import duties on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay an import fee, email us and we will reimburse it.

Late or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days after it ships, email us and we will reship it or refund it. If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, check around your door, with neighbors and with the carrier, then email us and we will help.

Shipping address

Please check your address before you place the order. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only before the order ships. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.
