MITAVIE 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to finish the full 90-day routine before you decide. If you are not happy with your first order, email us within 90 days of delivery and we will refund the product price, even if the jars are opened or empty.
- How to ask: email support@thivelle.com with your order number. No photos or forms needed.
- Returns: you do not need to send opened jars back. If we ask you to return unopened items, we will tell you where to send them first.
- One guarantee per customer, on the first order. Later orders can be refunded if returned unopened within 30 days of delivery.
- Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Damaged or wrong items
Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. No return needed.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering if the order has not shipped yet.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
No subscriptions
Every MITAVIE order is a one-time purchase. There is no auto-ship and nothing to cancel.
Gift cards
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
